EDUCATIONAL INCENTIVE
* Benefits and pay for each bureau are based on labor contracts and subject to change. Proper paperwork will be required.
* Road patrol has a 2% salary increase if you have two year college degree or higher.
* Road patrol has a 2% salary increase for military service credits.
MEDICAL INCENTIVE
* Our current PBA and DSA are with Excellus Bluecross Blueshield. This is subject to change based on contract negotiations.
* Dental coverage through Excellus; your first $1,200 in expenses are covered by insurance per year.
ADDITIONAL INCENTIVE
* Paid academy training at our local public safety training facility (PSTF).
* All equipment is paid and provided by MCSO.
